Richard Starnes story in The Ottawa Citizen

A message of hope

July 31/06 The Ottawa Citizen - Jeff Mills is convinced there is no better way to tell a story than through the eyes of the people living it. That is why the Almonte photographer and social worker is so enthused about a unique awareness project he has launched with the help of high school students in poverty-ravaged Haiti. The Ottawa Citizen story was featured on 3 pages: the Front page, City 1 and City 3.  For your convenience I have compiled them into a single PDF file; read full story as it appeared in the newspaper (PDF) or a text only version.
